Play is where our students learn critical social skills, expend energy, and help their brains focus on academics. Playgrounds are an important part of our Pre-K and elementary schools. Ensuring that our youngest students have safe play equipment that challenges both their bodies and minds is made possible through the one-half cent sales tax. The Half-Penny Promise prioritizes previously unfunded playgrounds, giving our students the safe, modern play spaces they deserve.
