Physical Education and sports programs ensure that we are training bodies and minds for the future. Students deserve safe and modern facilities to engage in sports both indoor and outdoor. The Half-Penny Promise funds new athletic fields, upgraded gym floors, outdoor courts and track and field remediation. This ensures our student athletes are competitive, and our community has safe facilities to cheer them on. Without the one-half cent sales tax, none of these upgrades would be possible. The Half-Penny Promise guarantees our students compete on fields and courts that match their talent and ambition.
